While we do our best to minimize cross-contamination, all of our sweets are made in facilities where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free.


3. How long do your confections stay fresh?

  • Chocolates: Typically remain fresh for 2–3 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place.

  • Caramels & Candies: Stay fresh for up to 4–6 weeks.

  • Specialty Seasonal Items: We recommend consuming within 7–10 days of arrival for best flavor.

To maximize freshness, store our products in their original packaging at room temperature (65–70°F), away from direct sunlight or humidity.


4. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! At London Confectionery, we believe every treat should feel like a gift. We offer complimentary gift wrapping for most items, and you can add a personalized note at checkout. Our elegant packaging is perfect for birthdays, holidays, weddings, or corporate gifts.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, and our support team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
